I have been wanting to do this for awhile now. I have been making my own components for some time, and using them in my jewelry....but I think I am ready to share. I love using artisan components in my jewelry...there is just something magical that happens when you take someone elses art, a little masterpiece that they pour a little piece of themselves into, and then incorporate it into your work of art.
There's not much listed yet, thats a project for tomrrow, but here is a sneak peek of the kind of thing you can find there!

ReplyDeleteBest of luck on the new shop! Sometimes I start a project and can't see the end just yet and I'm left with some parts and pieces that are great. I considered selling components, but then I become too attached and wouldn't want to part with them!

ReplyDeleteKathy- I hear you on being hard to part with. I have been there....but I really have more than I can use, and I enjoy making them so much! I just don't move a ton of jewelry, so I am selling them as components.
