Just so happy!

I am just so happy with how this turned out I had to share!  I am once again making the sea glass bezels for a sea glass festival, and I wanted to make myself something in silver, that I have been hoarding, as a show piece to wear (and my payment to me for all my hard work!)

Here she is.  It consists of my favorite color sea glass, GREY (two pieces), and cabs from two great raku artists, Lisa Peters Art (who did the trilobyte style cab with the crystal) and Maku Studio's (who did the amazing ammonite).  Silver work by me, ribbon from JMozart on etsy (OH MY WORD her ribbons are fine, and inexpensive, as far as ribbons go).

Love it.  I wish I could sleep in it.  I also wish silver prices weren't what they are right now so I could make a jillion of these!!!

thanks for lookin!

  4. gorgeous staci... each and every part of it comes together in a beautiful whole... you certainly deserve it... but be ready to give people a price in case of a special order.... then they can pay you 1/2 to get it going so you can order the sterling...

I love using sterling in my jewelry and am a bit sad that I can't use it as much with the prices they way they are now.

Best of luck at the festival.
