What Bead Table?

Ever have one of these days?  When you literally can't even get to your bead table?  The studio was trashed before I left for the show, with things being tossed here and there during the frantic last minute creating, and other things being packed to take with me.

When I came home, everything got tossed in there, and here I am, trying to catch up.  Haven't reached the studio yet.  Tomorrow I should be able to get in there, and have a nice post about the sea glass festival.  It was nice, and I am sooo glad it went well.

So, what was the longest amount of time it took you to clear a path to your bead table?  Mine may take two days from the looks of it!!!!

Looks like an episode of hoarders!!!!   And there is some more in the hallway too!
Wish me luck and share your stories of post show chaos, that way I don't feel so alone in my MESS!  Lol!  Gotta laugh at myself.

  2. Mine looks very much like that and I don't have the excuse of a show.

  3. When I get home from a show I'm so exhausted that I just dump things just barely inside the door. Then I spend a couple days putting it all back in place and recording my sales etc. Shows are fun, but I don't care for the hectic 'before' and the messy 'after'.

  6. Lol. I'm at a show right now and you reminded me of what waits for me at home. You're not alone. I don't mind the mess because it makes me organize again. My mess will have to wait since I'll be here until Sunday and then I go to another show on Friday.

  7. I'm so glad you posted about this. I'm avoiding my workspace right now. Luckily I can pretend it's because I don't want to disturb the resin still in the beginning of it's curing process, but I'm 2 hours away from the 24 hour mark. You and Oscar Crow posted about cleaning up work spaces so it is motivating. Better get too it.

  10. Staci.. it means "you are working".. I see photo's of these pristine studio's sometimes and wonder.. How the heck do you working there? I know its easier for people who have large spaces or big homes with a dedicated barn or shed or whatever, but not me.. I have a messy studio too! Messy studio rocks!
